  • Dummy schedule for the day so that we can accommodate panel speakers, etc…
  • How should the prizes be structured?
    • There were two sessions - Early stage and senior
    • Each session had two prizes - Faculty choice and Students choice
    • The winners got $150 and $100 respectively
    • A new format might be one faculty and two students choice
      • Faculty choice would still get $150 but we can have two student choice awards with $75 and $50 as their rewards
